March Update

March has had a main focus upon preparation as well as health and safety, making the site as safe as possible and putting the correct signage in place as well as all staff involved from Yorkshire Water and Black and Veatch having taken part in safety inductions. Handrails were erected at the survey station to continue the focus on staff safety.
The risk assesments and method statements are in place for all activities such as the excavating and blinding around piles for the FST tanks and the pipework to the FST tanks.
It has been decided that in order to place an adequate focus on the environment and recycling that all waste should be segregated to minimise wastage and so that it can be sent to the correct depot.
